At Faith Hospice, our mission is to be there for others in difficult times. Whether we are with someone during their final moments or consoling a loved one, there’s a level of physicality to our work—holding someone’s hand, sitting in close quarters—that during the pandemic has had to be adjusted. Our staff and community have felt isolation and grief with all of the losses this past year has brought.
With dedication and compassion, we have persevered and are looking to the future with a renewed sense of our mission. We are happy to report that our staff has started receiving their COVID-19 vaccinations, allowing us to further protect those we serve. We know that this pandemic will continue to affect our community but are very thankful that we have been able to take this step.
