At Faith Hospice’s Trillium Woods campus, we’re creating a haven for patients and their loved ones – a serene garden and prayer walk set to open in September 2024. Nestled outside the Van Andel Hope and Healing Pavilion, this sanctuary will offer solace and tranquility to those navigating hospice and grief journeys.
Creating a space for finding comfort and peace.
Our goal is to raise $450,000 to make this vision a reality. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal and helps us provide comfort to those in need. We ask that you prayerfully consider joining us as we cultivate a space of peace and reflection.
