A Legacy of Love was Evident at the 2019 Faith Hospice Luncheon
Yesterday's "Legacies of Love" luncheon was yet another reminder of just how blessed we are to be surrounded by such a generous and caring community. It brought us tremendous pride to be able to recognize our amazing team of Champions—from the doctors receiving a late-night phone call from a concerned family member, to the on-call nurse driving through a snow storm to reach a patient, and the eleventh hour volunteer holding a patient's hand as they take their last breath—the loving, compassionate care that has been provided to over 20,000 patients at their end-of-life over the course of the last 24 years is appreciated by so many. You truly are, "Champions."
