Trillium Woods 20th Anniversary: Celebrating 20 Years of Championing Inpatient Hospice Care

While hospice is a type of care that can be provided in many settings, the end-of-life journey sometimes requires more hands-on, around-the-clock support. Seeing a need for expert inpatient hospice care in our community, we opened the doors of Trillium Woods in 2006. The first of its kind twenty years ago, Trillium Woods continues to be the leading inpatient hospice facility in the West Michigan area. 

Trillium Woods provides 24/7 expert care for hospice patients requiring more dedicated medical care as well as respite for family members tending to their loved one’s needs. Fully staffed with specialized physicians, nurses, aides, spiritual caregivers, and social workers, our team works collaboratively to provide care, comfort, and support to hospice patients and their loved ones.

Two decades later, our focus remains on bringing compassion, empathy, and dedication to all of those navigating the end-of-life journey. We are so grateful to everyone who has helped us further our mission over the years, and to all those in our community who have entrusted us to their care. To walk alongside people through some of life’s most challenging moments has been both our biggest honor and greatest blessing.
