At Faith Hospice’s Trillium Woods campus, we’ve created a haven for patients and their loved ones – a serene garden and prayer walk. Nestled outside the Van Andel Hope and Healing Pavilion, this sanctuary offers solace and tranquility to those navigating hospice and grief journeys.
Creating a space for finding comfort and peace.
