The Faith Hospice Bereavement Team offers a number of ways you can receive ongoing support throughout your grief journey, from virtual and in-person counseling to our annual Memorial Service, you can participate in ways that work best for you.

Loss of a Spouse/Partner


For those who have experienced a loss within the last 13 months.

IN-PERSON GROUPS

Where: Groups meet at 2100 Raybrook SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 2nd Floor Training Room

When: Mondays

February 13 & 27
March 13 & 27
April 10 & 24

Times: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.

 

Loss of Parent / Family Member


For those who have experienced a loss
within the last 13 months.

VIRTUAL GROUPS: Groups meet via Zoom

Rebuilding Our Lives


An ongoing support group for those that are 13 months and beyond in their grief journey and are focused on walking back into life.

VIRTUAL GROUPS: Groups meet via Zoom

Times: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.
