The 2025 Faith Hospice Fall Fundraising event celebrated 30 years of Moments that Matter, honoring the 30th Anniversary of Faith Hospice. Heartfelt speakers and a powerful video reflected on the history and impact of Faith Hospice.We also took time to remember and celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. John Mulder, former Medical Director of Faith Hospice and Executive Director of the Trillium Institute. John was a beloved leader, teacher, and friend to many.

We are extremely grateful to all those who attended and supported Faith Hospice through their donations and sponsorships!

It was a night of divine significance – the moment when Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, entered our troubled world.
Born of the Virgin Mary and laid in a manger in Bethlehem, His arrival marked the beginning of hope and redemption.

On this Glorious Night, heaven touched earth.  The skies were illuminated as a multitude of angels proclaimed His birth, praising God and declaring peace.  Shepherds came in awe to witness the miracle, forever changed by what they saw.

This year’s Keeping the Promise Dinner features Rebecca St. James – Grammy and multiple Dove Award-winning Christian singer, songwriter, actor, and author – whose inspiring message and music will uplift and encourage.
