The Faith Hospice Bereavement Team offers a number of ways you can receive ongoing support throughout your grief journey, from virtual and in-person counseling to our annual Memorial Service, you can participate in ways that work best for you.

Winter Service of Remembrance

Winter Service of Remembrance

Please join us at our annual Service of Remembrance to honor the loved ones we have lost.

When: Tuesday, December 8th

Service Times: 4:00 PM or 6:30 PM

Both services will include an indoor service of reflection and music, followed by a tree lighting ceremony in the courtyard (weather permitting). Optional activities for children will also be available for the 6:30 service.
