Memorial gifts to Faith Hospice

Memorial gifts are directed to help with the cost of care for those who do not have sufficient personal or family resources.

Some patients require care at the Trillium Woods Faith Hospice Center. Since the cost of care is frequently not a covered hospice benefit under insurance policies, gift support helps us make the care available to patients in need.

Some patients do not have a hospice benefit at all. Gift support makes hospice care available to them and their families.

Special gifts enable us to purchase equipment and items that offer comfort and convenience when needed by patients and their families.

Faith Hospice Circle of Faith Fund

Gifts to the Circle of Faith are truly the “gifts that keep giving”. The Circle of Faith is an endowment fund that continues to give long into the future. Your gift will help people now and in the future receive hospice care services at Faith Hospice. For recognition we have a Caring Wall to those that choose to contribute to the Circle of Faith Fund, it is located at Tillium Woods.

Giving Levels:

• Keystone: $25,000 or more
• Pillar: $15,000 to $24,499
• Supporter: $5,000 to $14,999

Memorial Tree of Life

Would you like to honor the memory of a loved one in a special and unique way? Consider the Memorial Trees of Life, hand-crafted by local artist Toni Lee. The permanent display is at Trillium Woods, the Memorial Trees of Life offer a beautiful and lasting tribute to loved ones.

Memorial Leaves, engraved with the name of your choice, are available at the following levels:

• Bronze: $200 - $299
• Silver: $300 - $399
• Gold: $400 and up
