Paid time off (PTO)

Our paid time off (PTO) program is a flexible and easy way for you to manage the time you want to take off for vacation, illness, or personal reasons, regardless of whether you are a full time or part time employee. In addition, each pay period, our full time employees earn additional PTO time that becomes available for them to take off from work during the year.

403(b) savings plan

Most of us try to put some money away to provide additional security, for emergencies, and income after retirement. Holland Home helps you by offering a 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity Retirement Plan.

Defined contributions retirement plan

Holland Home maintains a self-funded, defined benefit pension plan for our full time and part time employees who are at least 21 years old and have completed at least 1000 hours of service during a calendar year.
