Serve customers off a pre-set menu. (Take order, submit to kitchen, server orders and follow specific prep directions as per customer.) Must be able computer proficient. Will be cleaning dishware as well as dining area. Café setting (full service restaurant) within an independent living campus.
Skills required
Must be able to work in face paced environment, multi-task, and provide good customer service. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Must be able to stand for long periods of time without assistance.
Must have prior waiting experience.

Social Worker (fully licensed BSW, assisted living)
Responsibilities
Provides support to residents/clients/patients and their families of our assisted living facility, by offering emotional encouragement, information, education, and long-range planning.
Skills required
Licensed social worker in the State of Michigan. Minimum of one year of experience in a long term care setting. Requires knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, Geriatric Depression Scale, and Cognitive Assessments.
Other information
Work 2 mornings and 3 afternoons per week in 4 hour shifts. Minimal evenings throughout the year.
