Responsibilities
Provides support to residents, families, and caregivers by offering emotional support, information, education, long-range care planning, short-term counseling, and assistance with identifying and accessing resources.
Skills required
Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school. Licensure in the state of Michigan as an LMSW. One year of social work experience in a health care setting is required. Knowledge of community-based resources and experience in hospice is preferred.

Responsibilities
Performs installation, maintenance and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures throughout Holland Home. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.

Journeyman Electrician’s License required. Three years of general electrician experience is required. Proof of a valid Michigan driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance is required. The incumbent is also required to have a reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

Ability to work independently. Skilled in operating various pieces of equipments as applicable. Must have good coordination for operation of grounds equipment and hand tools and be able to lift materials between 50-80lbs.
